Sydney’s summer will again be filled with five back-to-back weekends of live music from Friday February 2 to Saturday March 2 as the Twilight at Taronga 2024 Summer Concert Series returns!
A glow from the setting sun sets the scene for a perfect summer evening picnic on the lawns of Taronga’s intimate natural amphitheatre.
Sydney Harbour will show off its extraordinary beauty under the night sky as some of Australia’s favourite artists take to the stage while Taronga’s animals settle in for the night.
November 2023 Update: Lineup announced. Lil’ Twilight 10am shows return for the kids in 2024 with the delightful Emma Memma sharing her love of dance and movement, and Zindzi & The Zillionaires who will put on a family friendly RNB party that everyone can enjoy!
This year’s awesome Aussie music line-up includes singer-songwriter Meg Mac, songwriter and storyteller John Butler, melancholic pop masters Ball Park Music, avant-garde folk heroes The Waifs, the Australian Rock Collective performing a catalogue of Australian and NZ hits, The Cat Empire bringing their infectious groove and wrapping up the series with their rollicking energy will be The Whitlams.
In addition, we have the return of annual crowd favourites Bjorn Again who are back playing ABBA’s biggest hits, the Comedy Gala featuring Celia Pacquola with MC Daniel Connell and more of the best names in comedy still to be announced. We also have the Drag Gala headlined by the extraordinary Karen From Finance along with Art Simone, Spankie Jackzon and many more amazing queens, and James Morrison will take us on a journey that begins with the classic swinging jazz of the James Morrison Quartet – and ends with the groove of his new Soul Band.
